The Senior Manual QA Engineer role is to take responsibility for quality in complex areas  and be a role model for junior QA’s. The responsibilities include estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities, working very closely with the Product Managers, Developers and being in touch with global customers, and understanding their needs. The Senior Manual QA Engineer should have a deep understanding of the company products and in the end will be the focal point to several products. 

 

What your responsibilities will be: 

  • Design and implement test cases in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate with the product owner and various multicultural development teams to review and clarify the new product requirements.
  • Maintain existing manual test cases.
  • Test suite execution, results analysis and reporting.
  • Tracking and reporting of the identified bugs.
  • Analyze and report the overall status of the product’s progress.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Creating end-user documentation.

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Fluency in English – C2 level.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in manual testing
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to perform root cause analysis

Our partner, an american based product company,  is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of information architecture, as well as a C2 level understanding of the English language. For this particular role, the person will contribute to different documents, such as guides, technical notes and help center articles  to be appropriate for different audiences. Collaborating with different teams – developers, designers, product managers is key in order to create clear and comprehensive documentation. 

 

What your responsibilities will be

  • Creating, maintaining and modifying technical documents and help center articles  to be appropriate for their intended audiences.
  • Organize and structure documentation effectively, following style guides and best practices.
  • Working with a variety of teams and individuals, across the product range, to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Independently gathering and researching information from subject matter experts to develop and maintain a wide range of document types.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Fluency in English – C2 level.
