What your responsibilities will be: 

  • You’ll participate effectively in all aspects of the product development cycle including:
    • Requirements analysis
    • Software construction (coding) – developing the next generation of our products.
    • Development and execution of application tests including unit.
    • Deployment of releases – both on customer premises and in internal lab environment
    • Performance tuning 
    • Code review and change control
    • Research, development & optimizations
    • Write and support documentation. 
  • Work closely with Team Leaders, team members and customers on issues related to design and requirements for product development and support. 
  • Attend regular meetings to report on progress and share ideas.
  • Actively contribute to the process of continual improvement, regarding self, team and systems 
  • Ensure that all software developed satisfies all business requirements as specified and adheres to all development standards, policies, and procedures. That all code is developed in line with the company security best practice guidelines. 
  • Work on different projects and/or rotate through teams according to business needs and/or agreed development objectives.

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Fluency in English – C2 level.
  • 5 + years of proven experience in .NET programming
  • Experience in the full Software Development life cycle from design to deployment 
  • Experience with C# programming 
  • Experience or understanding of MSSQL databases.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex systems and multithreaded architecture

About the opportunity:

The TL role is to take responsibility for quality in complex areas and be a role model for junior QA’s. The responsibilities include estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities, working very closely with the Product Managers, Developers and being in touch with global customers, and understanding their needs. The Senior QA TL should have a deep understanding of the company products and in the end will be the focal point to several products.

 

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive test plans based on solution specifications and end-user workflows.
  • Create detailed test cases covering various scenarios and functionalities, maintaining test-related documentation.
  • Execute test cases manually and through automated testing tools. Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring effective communication with development teams for resolution.
  • Assess software scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure new releases do not impact existing functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and contribute to process improvements.
  • Evaluate and communicate potential risks associated with software changes.
  • Develop and implement quality standards in collaboration with global teams across development and production departments.

 

You would be the perfect candidate if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on networking, IP cameras, web testing, and backend/server testing in complex systems.
  • Some experience with leading teams/projects.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, IP camera technologies, and web application architecture.
  • Extensive experience with API testing and related tools (Postman, Rest-API).
  • Proficiency in DB and server configurations (SQL and non-SQL).
  • Bonus: Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python, C#) is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with international organizations and Agile methodology.
