The Senior Manual QA Engineer should have a deep understanding of the company products and in the end will be the focal point to several products.

The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of information architecture, as well as a C2 level understanding of the English language. For this particular role, the person will contribute to different documents, such as guides, technical notes and help center articles to be appropriate for different audiences. Collaborating with different teams – developers, designers, product managers is key in order to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
